Sauna
In addition to exceptional comfort, we want to give you the opportunity to take care of your health in a dry sauna - made of wooden logs, heated by a stove with hot stones, poured with water.
Before going to the sauna, it is worth remembering a few points:
1. Take a shower, remove makeup and dry thoroughly, so that the skin can release sweat and cleanse the body of accumulated toxins.
2. Remove glasses, contact lenses, watches, jewelry (earrings, chains, rings) to avoid burns.
3. Start the session from the lowest benches to get the body used to the temperature.
4. After leaving the sauna, cool your body down in a cold shower.
5. The session should not last longer than 12 minutes.
